Our consignment terms are as follows:

 

LET’S GET STARTED

• Please send photos of a few select items to Darlene@AveryLaneHome.com

• If you have an entire household to consign, start with a few photos and then we’ll schedule a home visit to inspect the remainder of the items.

• Note: We only accept items from Non-Smoking and Cat-Free homes and are not accepting dishes or glassware.

• New accounts require a $1,000 item value minimum to start.

 

WE LOVE YOUR ITEMS, WHAT NEXT?

• We’ll provide a rough price range based on the brand name, age and condition of the product

• We’ll coordinate pickup of the items and provide you with an estimated delivery cost. The movers can be paid at the time of pickup.

 

HOW WE PAY OUT

• 60% paid to Consignor for sales in the first 30 days

• 50% paid to Consignor after 30 days through 90 days

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

• After 30 days – Reduce 10%

• After 60 days – Reduce another 10 - 15%

• At 90 days – Final reduction up to 50% of the last price

 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP ITEMS

• Our basic contract is for 90 days and we’ll only extend if it is mutually agreed upon. Payouts past 90 days will be 40 - 30%

• Items not picked up after 100 days (without a written extension) will become the property of Avery Lane to sell with 0% payout or will be donated to a local charity.

We’re selective and very “picky” so that we can showcase all your pieces in the best light.

• Complimentary in-home visits to inventory and appraise items

• Favorable terms, prompt payout and top prices for quality pieces

• Strong marketing program including advertising in the newspaper, local magazines, targeted e-blasts and website

• 30,000 sq. ft. of light and airy showroom with all the pieces carefully placed to maximize their appearance

• Location, location, location – in the heart of Scottsdale next to the highest traffic shopping districts for maximum visibility

• Designer showroom planning

• Contacts with the area’s top realtors

• Partner with Scottsdale’s finest designers who shop Avery Lane on a weekly basis
